Job Overview

  • Location: Trenton and Hamilton, NJ, United States

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, ensuring high performance and a customer-focused approach.
  • Guest Experience: Maintain high standards of service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Operations Oversight: Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facilities maintenance.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and drive client engagement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams.
  • Product Management: Manage inventory and order supplies, ensuring quality and availability of spa products.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar role within the wellness or hospitality industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Operational Expertise: Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and equipment.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in spa management software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in spa or wellness management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
