Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop innovative strategies and execute them effectively.
