We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team in Trenton and Hamilton. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and strategic planning. Job Overview

  • Compensation: Between $41,000 and $93,000.
  • Location: Trenton and Hamilton, NJ, United States
  • Job Type: Full-time; On-site
  • Expected Hours: 40+ per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and guest experience.
  • Manage budgets, financial plans, and control expenditures.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance and service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Address guest concerns and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel and increase occupancy.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and the local community.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar senior management role.
  • Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, financial plans, and analyze financial reports.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Customer service orientation and a commitment to excellence.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and health and safety standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the local hospitality market.
  • Multilingual abilities.
  • Certification in Hotel Management or related field.
