Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments.
- Communicate with shipping and freight companies.
- Maintain detailed shipment records.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
Preferable Skills (a plus):
- Previous experience in shipping or logistics.
- Familiarity with shipping software.
