In this role, you will manage orders, schedule shipments, and collaborate with shipping companies to ensure timely deliveries. Proficiency in computer systems for record-keeping is essential. Immediate openings are available, and no prior experience is required; we offer comprehensive training.

 

Job Overview

    • Compensation: 16 -20 USD Hourly
    • Location: Trenton, United States
    • Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract; On-site
    • Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
    • Deadline: Dec 15, 2023
    • Skills: English; Communication; Spanish; attention to detail; Operate forklift; Inventory Control; Pallet Jack Certification; Forklift Training

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately.
  • Coordinate and schedule shipments.
  • Communicate with shipping and freight companies.
  • Maintain detailed shipment records.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
  • Effective communication and teamwork.

Preferable Skills (a plus):

  • Previous experience in shipping or logistics.
  • Familiarity with shipping software.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Language:

  • English (Required)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
  • Night Shift (Preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
