Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
• Receive packages from UPS, FedEx, Amazon, USPS in the office.
• Bring in the mail and sort it.
• Enter received packages into our system.
• Label and sort packages based on business needs:
o Internal inventory
o Other office inventory
o General client parts or hardware
• Separate items for the internal technical teams.
• Collaborate with the technical teams to prepare shipments for clients.
• Create shipping labels.
• Scan mail and make copies as needed.
• Drop off packages at the local FedEx. **note they will need to use their vehicle to drop off packages daily.
• Assist with various duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (large hardware shipments may occur).
Ideal Candidate:
• Comfortable with shipping systems and able to work in our system to manage POs, shipping labels, and connect desktops.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with basic office technology.
• Enjoys physical labor and being active.
• Warm, friendly, and able to maintain a positive office presence.
• Takes initiative and is proactive in seeking additional tasks.
